Russian Royalty. Born in Moskva, Russia, she was the daughter of Czar Aleksis and the sister of Czar. Known as the people’s European Grand Duchess, she was described as intelligent and educated, noted for being fair in the Russian Court. She also was capable of exerting a positive influence on her brother Emperor Tsar Peter II, when he was on the thorn. She died at age 43 in Moscow, Russia.
