Delbert E. Anderson

CLYDE — Delbert E. Anderson, 77, rural Clyde, died Monday, Feb. 13,1989, at his home. Mr. Anderson was born May 12, 1911, at Brantford and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a farmer and an electrician. He was a member of the Brantford Covenant Church, where he was a choir director, singer, Sunday School teacher and superintendent.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl E. of the home; two daughters, Linda Johnson of Bartlesville, Okla., and Janice Hedlund of Edwardsville, Ill.; a brother, Carol Anderson of Garden City; five sisters, Doris Stavlund and Margaret Nelson, both of Rockford, Ill., Irene Toll of Clifton, Carolyn Lagerberg of Salina, and Patricia Hoffman of Hutchinson; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Brantford Covenant Church, the Revs. John Haag and John C. Wilkens officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the church building fund.

Visitation will be at the Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart Funeral Home, Belleville.
