Frances Harwood Melrose Bradley, 85, of Barnardsville, NC passed away December 16, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Rans and Mary Harwood. In addition to her parents Frances is preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford Melrose, a son, James Melrose, granddaughter, Danielle “D.J.” Melrose and all of her siblings, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
She was a Godly woman, who was a caring and loving mother and grandmother. Frances loved to can and provide for her family.
She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Bradley; daughter, Mary Davis (Leonard); sons, Clifton Melrose (Diane), Joe Melrose (Tamara), Jerry “Curly” Melrose (Rhonda) and John Melrose (Zabrina); 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Ashelawn Garden of Memories with Reverends Buddy Harwood and Tim Lyle officiating.
