Benjamin Tallie Baldwin, 40, was born Feb 3, 1960. He was the son of Joyce Stokes Baldwin Mott who survives and the late Charles Wesley Baldwin. A veteran, he served in the U.S. Army and was a construction worker.

He was preceded in death by two sisters Lisa Marie Baldwin, Kathy Diann Baldwin grandparents, Ellis & Essie Baldwin, and Lemmie & Foy Stokes.
