Martha Jean Willard, age 87 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 at her residence. She was born on February 7, 1925 in Marion County, KY. Miss Willard was a lifelong member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church, and a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association. She was a teacher with the Lebanon City Schools for thirty-five years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Eugene and Mattie Edward Willard; brother, William Paul Willard.
Survivors include a niece, Melissa W. Greenwell, of Corydon, IN, two cousins, Billy Yankey, of Mackville, KY, Lowell "Tom" Yankey, of Campbellsville, KY.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 2013 at the Lebanon United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Darren Gillespie. Interment will be in Ryder Cemetery.
