Michael S. Snowden, 48, of Johnstown, OH, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2007.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, January 22, 2007, at the Johnstown United Methodist Church, 173 S. Main Street, Johnstown, OH, with Pastor Bob Sholis officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
Michael was born March 23, 1958, in Bowling Green, OH. He was a financial planner at P M Financial, Columbus, OH. He graduated from The Ohio State University in the class of 1981, where he was member of the Delta Theta Sigma Agricultural Fraternity and the Sphinx Honor Society. He was a member of the Johnstown Lion's Club, past president of the Johnstown-Monroe School Board, member of the Johnstown United Methodist Church, and a member of the Ohio Farm Bureau.
Survived by his wife of 15 years, Susan Snowden; a daughter, Christine Snowden; a son, Chase Snowden, all of Johnstown; parents, Kenneth and June Snowden of Wayne, OH; a brother, Trent (Kim) Snowden also of Wayne, OH.
He was preceded in death by a brother James Lee Snowden.
Family will receive friends 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2007, at the Church. Memorial contributions can be made to the Michael Snowden Memorial Fund at Park National Bank, P.O.
