She was born Aug 11, 1965, in Chicago, the daughter of Erman and Linda (Slechta) Bevins.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Halgren; a daughter, Anna Halgren; her siblings, Erman (Debbie) Blevins, Elizabeth (John) Arnold, Ellen Bass and Lucas (Samantha) Blevins; and her nieces and nephews, Erman, Connor, Mathew, Adriana, Sydney, Angie, Buddy and Timothy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two children, Christina and Emily Halgren; and a nephew, Anthony Bass.
