Mrs. Hoskins was born in South Bend and attended Misha waka High School. She resided in Carbondale and Hedrick prior to moving to Judyville seven years ago and was employed as switchboard operator at the Attica Hotel.
In 1942 she was married to Harold M. Hoskins. He preceded her m death Nov. 2, 1969.
Mrs. Hoskins was a member of the Pence United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan at home and Mrs. Duane Winegardner of Lafayette; her mother, Mrs. Goldie Miller of South Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Vernynckt of South Bend and Mrs. Lucille Halley of Laramie, Wyo., and five brothers, James E. Stratton of Osceola. George L. Stratton of Indianapolis, Charles and Dalton Stratton, both of Mishawaka, and Dale Stratton of South Bend.
