Westfield-Sarah Haley 20, of 16 Demond Avenue passed away July 4th 2003 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Springfield and has lived in Westfield all her life. Sarah attended the Westfield School System and graduated from Westfield Vocational Technical High School in 2001 where she played softball and soccer. She grew up playing Little League Softball and was on the All Star Team when she was 12. She worked at the Westfield Police Station in her senior year of High School and also at the Westfield Foodmart. Sarah recently completed her C.N.A. training and was working at Heritage Hall West in Agawam. Sarah leaves her father Christopher Haley, her mother Janet (Lamb) Haley, two sisters Christine Haley, and Kimberly Haley, her maternal grandparents Mr and Mrs Hugh Lamb Jr. and her paternal grandmother Jeanne Haley. Her paternal grandfather Red Haley passed away March 2, 2003. Sarah leaves her fiancée Christopher Cayo and his family and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Sarah?s funeral service will be Tuesday July 8th at 6:00 PM at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service 76 Broad Street. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4-6 PM. Donations in memory of Sarah can be made to the Heritage Hall West Activity Fund 61 Cooper Street Agawam, MA 01001.
