Mrs. Esther V. Will Miller, 82, of Sykesville, died Sunday, April 30, at Sykesville Elder Care.

She was the wife of Donald Eugene Miller, who died in 1965.

Born Jan. 27, 1918, in Winfield, she was the daughter of the late John Ernst and Hollis Myrtle Baer Will.

She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Sykesville.

She was a charter member of Winfield Volunteer Fire Co.'s Ladies Auxiliary.

She retired in 1996 from Joe Grimm Ford as a bookkeeper.

She is survived by a daughter, Faye Lockwood and husband John of Sykesville; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Oscar V. Will.

Friends may call at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield, Wednesday, May 3, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Winfield Volunteer Fire Co.'s Ladies Auxiliary will hold a service at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 4, at the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Weis, of Messiah Lutheran Church, officiating.

Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, or the Winfield Volunteer Fire Co., 1320 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield, Md. 21784.
