Patricia Cowart, 37, of El Toro, a secretary for C.L. Peck Construction, died Saturday. Services at 10:30 a.m. today at Christian Mission Church, Laguna Niguel. Burial at El Toro Cemetery. Arrangements by Ray Family Mortuary, San Clemente.
Survived by her husband, Tom; son, Thomas; daughter, Kimberly Cowart; brothers, Stephen Scutt and Walter Borden; and sisters, Kathleen Bissell, Jeanne Needs and Donnel Scutt.
