Mrs. Cindy Collier Fletcher
(February 2, 1957 - May 2, 2007)

Mrs. Cindy Louise Collier Fletcher was born February 2, 1957 to the late Ollie B. and Nancy Lee Collier in Limestone County Alabama. She departed this life on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at Crestwood Hospital. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior and was baptized.

Her gift was in service of others as she often provided care for anyone who needed a place to stay or a meal. Cindy was a matriarch not only to family but also friends, neighbors and stray CATS! Cindy did not have any children. She was blessed to have devoted nieces and nephews to care for and her special "babies" Ming, Mandy, J.C., Bobcat and she recently adopted Rose's chow.

A delightful spirit with a way with all who knew her always happy, joking and getting everyone to do exactly what she wanted. Her time with family and friends brought her great joy and although sometimes she could be somewhat of a "tornado" we all loved and appreciated her wit.

She leaves a devoted husband, Willie James Fletcher of Huntsville, Alabama with whom she exchanged nuptials in 2005. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: Two sisters, Mrs. Julie B. Leslie of Huntsville, Alabama and Mrs. Rose Collier Moore of Chicago, Illinois; Three Brothers, Mr. Madison Earl Collier (Vera), of Meridianville, Alabama; Mr. James Willie Collier of South Alabama; and Mr. Ollie Salmon of Cleveland, Ohio; One Sister-in-law, Bertha Rice (Major); One Brother-in-law, Jessie Fletcher (Carol) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 6, 2007 at the Royal Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Willie Hinton officiating. Interment will be held in the Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the Royal Chapel.

Public viewing will begin on Saturday, May 5, 2007 from 10:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m.; Sunday, May 6, 2007 from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
