Fred, age 88, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2013 at Silverado Dementia/Alzheimer's Senior Living Care Facility, in Azusa, CA.
Fred was born in Glendora, CA on June 22, 1924, and spent most of his adult life in Azusa. He relocated to San Diego, CA and lived there for over 25 years until he returned to Azusa to be close to family. Fred worked in the aerospace industry and loved his work. He also loved golf, tennis, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Fred lived his life to the fullest surrounded by the love and support of his children (Barbara, Patricia, Steven and Debra), nine grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great- great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 20 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Dorothy's Church 241 S. Valley Center Ave, Glendora, CA. Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 21 at St. Dorothy's Church, interment will follow at Oakdale Mortuary in Glendora, CA.
