Melissa Turner, 89, died Saturday.
Mrs. Turner leaves to cherish her memories her children, Otis Robinson, Patrick Turner, Margaret Love, Passetter Rice, James C. Turner, Leo Turner, Lonzo Turner, John Turner, George Turner, and Barbara Maclin.
Funeral services for Mrs. Turner will be held at noon Thursday from the True Light COGIC with Elder Terrell Harris officiating. Interment will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace with Nelms Memorial Funeral Home handling the services. Mrs. Turner will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to funeral time.
