Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Duhon Funeral Home, LLC Chapel in Church Point, La. for Mr. Paul Ivan Guillory, Sr., 61, who passed away at his home in Opelousas on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
Andrew Handy will be officiating for the services on Saturday.
The family is requesting the visitation to be held on Saturday, at 8:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Body of Christ Ministries Cemetery in Branch, La.
Mr. Guillory was the owner and operator of Guillory Tire Company and Roll Off Containers in Church Point for several years.
Mr. Guillory is survived by his wife of thirty-four years, Eva Goodly Guillory; one son, Paul Ivan Guillory, Jr.; one daughter, Elizabeth G. and husband, Brent Bailey; three grandsons, Paul Ivan Guillory, III, Brent Bailey, II and Beau Bailey; two sisters, Mary Guidry of Branch and Olivia Henney; three brothers, Martin Guillory, Joseph Guillory and Kermit Guillory.
Mr. Paul Ivan was preceded in death by his parents, Privat and Eula L. Guillory; two brothers, Anthony and Clarence Guillory; and sisters, Florence Guidry, Cecile Guidry, Agatha Guidry, and Rena Jordan.
