Mrs. Paul Grosshuesch, 53, of Rt. 3, Manitowoc, died Thursday at University
Hospitals, Madison.
Funeral services will be at Salem Ebenezer Reformed Church, Town of Newton.
The Rev. Norman C. Hoeflinger will officiate and burial will be in the church
cemetery.
Mrs. Grosshuesch, nee Kathryn Schmitz, was born Feb. 3, 1919, in the Town
of Newton, daughter of the late Otto Schmitz and Viola Weyer Schmitz. She
attended schools in Newton and was graduated from Lincoln High School,
Manitowoc, in 1937. She was married to Paul Grosshuesch Oct. 19, 1940, in
the Town of Newton, where they had been residing. She was a member of the
Salem Ebenezer Reformed Church, Ladies Aid Society and Bible Class.
Survivors include her husband, a son, (private); two daughters, (private);
a brother, Howard, of Manitowoc; a sister, Miss Elaine Schmitz, of Rt. 3,
Manitowoc; and her mother of Rt. 3, Manitowoc.
Friends may call at Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 9 o'clock this
Friday evening until noon Saturday and then at the church until the time of
service. The casket will remain closed.
