Bruce Richard Stone, 55, of Hibbing, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013. He was born November 10, 1957 in Hibbing to Richard and Marilyn (Mallum) Stone.
He grew up in the Hibbing area and graduated from Hibbing High School in 1976. He was united in marriage to Gail LaBarge on July 22, 1978. He was employed as a water mechanic for Hibbing Public Utilities.
Bruce enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
Bruce was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Ida Stone, Simon and Hannah Mallum; Father-in-law, Marvin LaBarge; Brother-in-law, Cary Schirmer.
Survivors include his wife, Gail; parents: Richard and Marilyn Stone; daughters: Jennifer (Travis) Olufson, and Sara (Josh Aragon) Stone; two grandsons; brothers: Steve (Melissa) Stone, Jeff Stone; sisters: Sharon Schirmer, Stacey (Donny) Rotness, Susan (Jeff) Stahl; mother-in-law: Mary LaBarge; brothers-in-law: Rickey (Tracey) LaBarge, Gary (Jennifer) LaBarge; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends
