Mr. Yarwood is survived by his wife, two children, Mrs. Raymond Eastman and Frank L. Yarwood of this city, one brother and two sisters, Winslow W. Yarwood of Rome, Mrs. Eliza J. Merry of Boonville and Mrs. Sarah Longshore of Los Angeles, Cal.
Mr. Yarwood was a volunteer in the civil war, enlisting for three years. He served the term of his enlistment, a member of Company I, Fifth New York Heavy Artillery, which was raised at Sacket Harbor, and when he left the war, he was a corporal. Mr. Yarwood was a member of Skillin Post, No. 47. G. A. R.
