Susan E. Hrusko, 63, of Ambridge, died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, in her home.
Born Jan. 18, 1950, in Sewickley, a daughter of the late Andrew J. and Stella Koodrich Hrusko, she was employed by the J.C. Penney Co. and also the Ambridge Area School District. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, the former Divine Redeemer Catholic Church, the Padre Pio and the Blue Army.
She is survived by two sisters, Mary Anne Frank, Baden, and Nancy Zassick, Economy, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James M. Hrusko, in 1982.
A service will be held today at 9:30 a.m. in the BOHN-MATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Michael Polosky officiating,
Interment will follow in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SS Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church or the Beaver County Humane Society.
