Herbert Maxwell, a resident of Jacksonville, Florida and a former resident of Olustee, Florida passed June 6, 2013.

Mr. Maxwell is survived by a devoted family that includes brothers: Frederick Maxwell, Henry Donaldson, Elijah Maxwell, Dwight Maxwell; sister: Brooks Mae Maxwell; a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Maxwell may be viewed Today at Carthage Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Olustee Memorial Cemetery. Carthage Chapel Funeral Home Inc., 929 West Beaver Street.
