Debbie Sharon Kelley, 55, of Winchester, died Friday, May 31, 2013 in Winchester Medical Center.

She was born September 25, 1957 in Winchester the daughter of Wayne S. Kelley, Sr. and Katherine Kaes Kelley.

Miss Kelley had earned her associates degree at Shenandoah University and her bachelors in nursing at George Mason University. She then earned two masters, one in nursing and one in administration both from the University of Phoenix.

She was a clinical coordinator with EPO Clinic at Winchester Medical Center and Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.

Surviving are her mother, Katherine Kaes Kelley of Winchester; her father, Wayne S. Kelley, Sr. and his wife Kay of Luray; two brothers, Wayne S. Kelley, Jr. and his wife Becky of Winchester and Kevin Kelley and his wife Denise of Middletown; her paternal grandmother, Odessa M. Kelly of Winchester; three nephews; three nieces and many beloved pet kitties.

A funeral service will be Thursday, June 6, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in Blue Ridge Grace Brethren Church, Winchester with Pastor Darrel Taylor officiating.

Burial will follow in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, Frederick County.

Casketbearers will be Matthew Kelley, Daniel Kelley, Jason Barr, Rian Dailey, Alex Dailey and Donnie Martin.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. in Phelps Funeral Chapel, 311 Hope Drive, Winchester.

Memorials may be made to the SPCA, 115 Featherbed Lane, Winchester, VA 22601.
