Richard D. Peterson, age 64, passed away Jan. 29, 2000, from a heart attack.

Born June 6, 1935, to Oroff and Elsie Peterson in Minneapolis, MN. Married Norma Batterman Sept. 30, 1955.

Richard was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved spending time with his family.

He will be dearly missed.

Survived by his daughter, MaryKay Amicone (Marc); and son, Tony Peterson (Jamie); grandchildren, Erica, Sean, Patrick, Michael Peterson, Trevor and Derek Amicone, Anthony and Alex Peterson; brother, Jim Peterson (Lynn); sister, Barbara Baker (Dallas) Preceded in death by parents, wife Norma, and son Scott Richard Peterson Funeral service will be held on Feb. 2, 2000, at 11 a.m. at the Willow Canyon 7th Ward, 1600 East Buttercup Drive, where friends and family may call one hour prior to the service. Internment at the Murray City Cemetery following the service. Funeral directors, Memorial Estates Mortuary.
