Laura Mae Moore Murphree Fowler, age 89 of Vestavia, Ala, was born in Montgomery to Ocie and Dallie Moore. She was a member of South Roebuck Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Morris E. Murphree and her second husband, Carl Fowler. She is survived by her daughters, Sandy (Brad) Belle, Becky (David) Reilly, and Judy (Rod) Long; grandchildren; and very special canine companion, Phoebe.
