Born in Florida, she was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Daigle; son, Ricky Kazmar and sister, Gayle Miller.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Earl Warren Ott, Sr.; three sons, Mike Ott, Phil Kazmar and wife Yolanda, and Earl "Punk" Ott, Jr., and wife Heather; father, John Evanchik; sister, Roxanne Sich and husband David; brother, John Evanchik, Jr., and wife Tammy; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Hwy. Chapel, on Thursday, May 2, 2013, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The funeral will be held at 12 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel, followed by burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
