He was a retired firefighter with the Hagerstown Fire Co. and had also worked at Mack Trucks. Buzz was a member of American Legion Post 211, a charter member of Windy Hollow Hunt Club and a charter member and past president of International Association of Firefighters Local 1605 for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Ann Marie Wiebel Manley; a daughter, Beth Ann King; and three grandchildren, all of Hagerstown.
Funeral services will be held at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel on Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, with the Rev. Jack Ewald officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, where honors will be accorded by the Hagerstown City Firefighters Color Guard.
