Ill four weeks, James T. Hoy, well-known farmer, died Friday night at nine-forty-five o'clock at his home in Mt. Horeb.

He was born Sept. 12, 1865, and is survived by his vile. Mrs. Ida I. Hoy, who was formerly Mrs. Ida Propst; a son. Wiley W. Hoy; three step-daughters, Mary L., Freddie A., and Kernie M. Propst; two sisters. Mrs. T.J. Wood and Nannie T. Hoy, of the Mt. Horeb community, a brother, Frank Hoy,, Devils Lake, N. D.; three grandchildren, Ottie and Melvin Hoy and Mrs. Pammay Ammon.

The funeral will be held from the Mt. Horeb Presbyterian Church today at two-thirty, conducted by the Rev. Charles H. Phipps. Burial in the nearby cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: active, C. L. Weast, K. L. Chapman, Horace Patterson, C. M. McCauley, D. H. Patterson, R. B. Byers, J. B. Rodgers, Jacob Drumheller; honorary, G. K Foster, Dr. H. Middekauff, W. B. Wonderly, J. W. Garber, H. H. Patterson, J. G. Fulton, Dr. R. O. Canada, and Edward Nickle.
