Carla Kay Perkins, 47, of Carnes, died June 9, 2013, at Forrest General Hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Carnes, employed at Forrest County Agricultural High School in the cafeteria and a graduate of Northrop High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Her parents, Joseph Roy Perkins and Gloria Dawn Baatz Perkins, two sisters, Phyllis Smith, and Roxy Zimmerman and stepfather, James Parks preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Seal of Carnes; two sons, Kenneth Roy Perkins and his wife Elizabeth of Wiggins and Jackson Alexander Perkins of Carnes; two granddaughters, Makenleigh Perkins and Aydriannah Perkins; four sisters, Karan , Kathy (Jim) Foster, Lynn (Robert) Payne, Candy (Aubrey) Williams; brother, Mark Perkins and numerous of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Carnes. Burial will follow in Seal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m., Tuesday, at First Baptist Church of Carnes.
