Funeral services for Jack Robert Barnes, 86, of Roland will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013, at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Roland with David Johnson and Terry Colwell officiating.

Burial will be at Roland City Cemetery under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Muldrow.

Mr. Barnes was born on June 22, 1926, in Roland to William Lonzo Barnes and Lou (Russell) Barnes. He died on Monday, June 10, 2013, in Fort Smith, Ark.

He was a retired businessman and an official car inspector for the State of Oklahoma.

He married Anna Lea Gantt on Oct. 1, 1946, in Fort Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Anna Barnes of the home; two sons, Jackie Lee Barnes and William "Sonny" Barnes, both of Roland; three brothers, Lester Barnes of Russellville, Ark., Billy Barnes of Muldrow and Ted Barnes of Wichita, Kan.; one sister, Betty Wallace of Fort Smith; four grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be Jackie Barnes, John Barnes, Brandon Barnes, Kolton Barnes, Chad Nason, Dustin Smith and Wade Smith.
