She was born on September 03, 1956, in Henderson, KY, the Daughter of Bernard E. Hall and Ethel M. (Gibson) Hall Guinn. She married Franklin L. Shellenbarger, he passed away November 25, 1995. Thelma was formerly employed at Signature Label, Vandalia, IL and was a Homemaker.
She is survived by: Father: Bernard E. Hall, Ramsey, IL; Son: Travis Shellenbarger and Megan, Ramsey, IL; Daughters: Elissa Davis and Brandy Shellenbarger, both of Ramsey, IL, Melanie Tipsword and Tavis, Auburn, IL, and Michelle Jarrell and Casey, Florissant, MO.; Sisters: Teresa Tyson and Michael, Providence, KY and Mary Debbie Kirk and Glenn, Marion, KY; Brother: Darrell Guinn and Janna, Providence, KY; and 9 Grandchildren.
