Carmen R. Brown, a long time resident of Vallejo, CA., died Sunday, Nov. 18, in Reno, NV., with her loving family by her side. Born on Nov. 2, 1924 in Ft. Collins, Colorado, her family moved to California in 1938.

Carmen met and married Donald H. Brown in 1946. While Donald was in the US Navy and during their 66 year marriage, he and Carmen traveled extensively. They were blessed with many true friends and loving family.

Carmen is preceded in death by her husband, Donald; son, Bryan; daughter, Donna Konesky, and their children.

Carmen was a devoted wife, mother, and a loving grandmother. Her devotion to family and friends was matched by her strong faith. She will live in our hearts forever.

Viewing from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., on Thursday Nov. 29, with a 7 p.m., Rosary at Colonial Chapels, 1000 Redwood St., Vallejo. Mass at St. Louis Bertrand Church at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 30, corner of Solano Blvd and Lemon St. Burial service at Sacramento Valley Veterans Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd., Dixon, CA., at 1 p.m.
