PANSEY. . .Holly Victoria White, a resident of Pansey, Alabama, died early Sunday morning, June 9, 2013, along with her beloved son, Jacob Armstrong, age 7, as a result of injuries received in a motor vehicle accident which occurred near Pansey. She was 29.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 13, 2013, in the First Baptist Church of Columbia with Reverend Don Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbia City Cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the church sanctuary.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Columbia Senior Citizens, P.O. Box 339, Columbia, AL. 36319.

Holly White was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and moved to Pansey with her family as a child. She was a graduate of Ashford High School and received an Associates Degree from Wallace Community College. Holly was employed as an Oral Surgeon Assistant in the office of Dr. Hashim H. Hassan, D.M.D., in Dothan. She was formerly employed by Lee Van Carroll, D.M.D. as an Oral Surgeon Assistant. Holly was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Rufus Scott White, her grandparents, Jack Woodham, Sr. and Rufus and Gladys White.

Surviving relatives include her mother, Ceceilia Woodham White, Columbia; a sister, Allison Paige Ingram (Jessie), Columbia; and a brother, Kevin Scott White (Leshia), Gordon, AL; grandmother, Lora Bowen Woodham, Columbia; a niece, Emma Ingram, two nephews, Colt Ingram and Jaye Forshee; aunts, Jennifer Fuller (Art), and Donna Bell, (Brett); an uncle, Jack Woodham; several cousins.

Serving as active pallbearers will be Kevin White, Brandon Givens, Don Branch, Timothy Whitehead, Scott Kennedy, Brandon Simmons, Paul Noblitt, and Rick Clemmons. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jessie Ingram, Joey Haddock, Peyton Lowman, and Joe Berry.
