Edwin L. "Ed" Hawkins, Sr., age 74, died Sunday at his residence. Funeral services
will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Rowland Chapel Church of the Nazarene.
Burial will be in Rowland Memorial Cemetery with full military honors.
Mr. Hawkins, born in Lakeland FL, had lived in Dodge County 40 years.
He was the son of the late Leon and Ruth Eades Hawkins and was preceded in
death by his brother Robert M. Hawkins. He was retired US Navy Veteran and
retired from Robins Air Force Base. He was a passionate photographer and
photographed many weddings, sporting events and other special occasions in
Dodge County. He attended Rowland Chapel Church.
