Mrs. Anna Bloomquist, a well-known resident of this city, died of cancer at 3 o'clock Thursday morning after an illness of nearly one year. She was 69 years of age. Mrs. Bloomquist was born in Sweden and immigrated to Utah about thirty-five years ago, since which time she has been a resident of Richfield. She is survived by four sons. The funeral services were held Friday afternoon, under the direction of Counselor James Poulsen. The other speakers were N.P. Peterson, A.G. Young, John W. Coons and Mrs. Maria Hansen. The music was furnished by a quartet from the third ward ecclesiastical war, led by John Hood.
