DOB: Some say Aug 6, 1866, but the death cert says 7 Aug 1867, and his tombstone says 45 yrs, 2 mo, 16 days which equates to 7 Aug 1867.

Obit speaks of 7 children but the orphans court paperwork lists 8 surviving children of Frank and Kate.

Bethel, Oct 24 (Special) - Frank Tobias, aged 46 years, residing about two miles south of Millersburg, at Temple, in Tulpehocken Township, died of a complication of diseases. He is survived by his widow, seven children, and these brothers and sister: George, of Reading; Morris and Calvin, of Cleveland, O., and Mrs. Ella Wengert, of Chester County. Funeral, Monday, Oct 28, at 9:30 a. m. at the house. Interment at Millersburg. Undertaker H. A. Dieffenbach has charge. Deceased was a member of Camp 214, P. O. S. of A., of town. Rev. D. D.
