KELSEY - At rest this city, November 1, 1959, Ethel Kelsey of Port Ewen, NY. Beloved wife of Arthur; loving mother of Mrs Harold Van Etten of Phoenicia; devoted sister of Mrs Ella Simons of Kingston, Mrs Elsa Hausch of Valley Stream, Long Island, David Burgher of Harrisonville, Missouri, Ben Burgher of Riverbank, Calif, Alonzo Burgher of Rifton. Mrs Kelsey is also survived by one grandchild, one great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services Wednesday, 2 pm from the Gormley Funeral Home, Phoenicia. Interment in the Hudler Cemetery. Friends may call at any time.
