Joshua C. Sanders, 24, of Iowa City, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday.
Memorial Services will be Tuesday at Lensing Funeral Service in Iowa City. Visitation will be Tuesday until 1:00 pm. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Iowa City. Instead of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to Johnson County Mental Health.
Survivors include his father and step-mother, Allen (Mapuleng Moletsane) Sanders, his mother and step-father, Sandra Teague-Garvis (Daniel Garvis), sister, Kayla Sanders of Iowa City and his girlfriend, Shauntai Perry, all of Iowa City; several aunts and uncles and many cousins.
