George P. Queen, a retired farmer, 85 years of age, died yesterday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nellie Stryker at Clinton, after a long illness.

He was born Nov. 26, 1857, at Stockton, a son of Jonathan and Rebecca Queen. Eight children survive him, Mrs. Stryker, with whom he resided; Mrs. Laura Hoff, of Clinton, N.Y.; Mrs. Anna Huff, of Eldridge, Pa.; Mrs. Pearl Riggs, of Brookville, Pa.; Mrs. Blane Barr, of Akron, Ohio; Mrs. Charles German, of Trenton; Allen Queen, of Baptistown; Frank Queen, of Ringoes; also by one sister, Miss Josephine Queen, of Trenton; 29 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.

Funeral from the Holcombe funeral home, Flemington, on Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Henry Horn, of Sergeantsville. Interment at Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, N.J.
