Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret L. Tharp, age 64 years, living three miles northeast of West Alexandria, on the Brookville road, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Epworth M. E. church, Dayton, Rev. J. C. Palmer officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park cemetery, north of Dayton. Survivors include her husband, Garland B. Tharp; four daughters, Mrs. W. J. Elliott and Mrs. E. Kreitzer of New Lexington and Mrs. Arthur Hoyt, at home; two sons, Rev. E.H Tharp of Amsterdam and Roscoe, of West Alexandria; 23 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
