Garn Wilkinson Dies at Gunnison Monday Morning
Garn Wilkinson, 12, son of James and Arilla Dickinson Wilkinson died Monday morning at the family home in Gunnison death resulting from an abcess on the base of the brain. Garn became noticeably ill only Friday night when a physician was immediately summoned. Garn was born at Annabella, April 8, 1921.
Funeral services were held in the Gunnison ward chapel Wednesday afternoon and the body was brought to Richfield for interment in the city cemetery.
Surviving are the parents and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Joseph L. Anderson, Richfield; Mrs. Vernal G. Ferrin, Fort Bridger Wyoming; Verl Wilkinson, Salt Lake; Clynn, Roxie, Don, Garth and Twila Wilkinson, all of Gunnison. Garn was Garth's twin brother.
