Violet was the sister of actress Lillian Kemble-Cooper and married to writer Walter Ferris. She appeared in a number of Broadway shows from 1912 to 1934 including: "Peg O' My Heart," "Clair de Lune," "The Laughing Lady," "The Command to Love" and "Mackerel Skies," among others.She died from Parkinson's disease and a stroke. Actress - 8 films.
