HADLEY — David M. Ladd, 46, of Riverview Drive, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at Glens Falls Hospital.
Born July 19, 1966, in Glens Falls, he was the son of the late Audrey Ladd.
Dave attended Corinth High School.
He was employed as a welder for many years, working for Precision Welding and Fabrication in Corinth, and was a member of Local No. 12 Ironworkers Union for several years.
Dave was a also a member of South Warren Snowmobile Club for several years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, motorcycles, and the time he spent with his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013, at Lynwood Cemetery, South Shore Road, Hadley.
Arrangements are under the direction of Densmore Funeral Home Inc., 7 Sherman Ave., Corinth.
