She is survived by her daughter, Jane Haga Smith, grandson, David Smith, son-in-law, Ray Smith, two nieces, Mary Martha Storke and Robin Williams, three great nieces, Renee Baughan, Cecily Williams Gooch, and Ansley Williams (whom Lucy considered her grandchildren) and extended family and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Lucy's life will be held at a later date in Abingdon, Virginia. Flowers are gratefully declined.
