ANDERSON, Stephanie Joy Anderson, 44, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 25, 2013. She was born to the late William James and Adele Anderson in Columbus, Ohio. She attended Eastmoor High School where she graduated in 1987. She graduated with a B.A. from Central State University. Stephanie found joy and fulfillment in working as a Social Worker and she resided in Chicago, Illinois for 17 years working in a variety of areas in Social Service. Her last employer in Chicago was The Youth Campus. Stephanie's most recent employment was at Hamilton County Job and Family Services.
Stephanie is preceded in death by her parents William and Adele Anderson. She is survived by her brother, William J. "Andy" (Wendy) Anderson, Jr., of Budd Lake, NJ; sisters, Robin Evelyn (William) Edmonds, Amy Gladys (Robert) Holley, Renee Alyson Anderson; loving fiancé, James A. Brockman, Jr., of Cincinnati, OH and a host of nephews, nieces and other extended family and many friends.
Celebration of Life Service 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at First Church of God, 3480 Refugee Road where the family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
