Richfield-PABLITA C. PETERSON, age 80, died July 27, 1984 in a Richfield Care Center.

Born Sept. 9, 1903 in Park View, New Mexico to Onesimo and Katherine Martinez Chavez. Married Martin W. Peterson Aug. 1, 1923 in Richfield, Utah; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She was very active in the LDS Church; served as an ordinance worker in the Manti LDS Temple for six years.

Survivors: Husband, Richfield; daughter, Mrs. LaVal (Marjorie) Cowley, El Sobrante Calif.; son, Lawrence M. Peterson, Salt Lake City; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Onesimo Chavez, San Jose, Calif.; Tony Chavez, Carmel, Calif.; Joe Chavez, Monroe; Frances Earl, Richfield; Leda Mathews, San Jose, Calif. Preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara (Bobby) Linney.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 30, 1:00 p.m. in the Richfield 7th Ward Chapel,159 North 400 West. Friends may call Sunday at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, 7-9 p.m. and Monday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial in the Richfield City Cemetery under the direction of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield.
