Janet was born October 20, 1950, in Hamilton, Ohio, to the late Irvine and Marie Blonde Villon Moore. She was a private duty sitter and was a member of the New Covenant Baptist Church.
She is survived by four sons, Jack Childers Jr. of Waco, KY, Michael (Kimberly) Childers of Waco, KY, Gary (Pepsi) Childers of Richmond, KY, and Greg Childers of Waco, KY. She is also survived by a brother, Richard Moore; three sisters, Ethel, Phyllis, and Melanie, as well as, nine grandchildren.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Irvine, Charles, and David; and one sister, Pamela.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. on Thursday June 6, 2013, at the Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Barnes officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time on Thursday.
A private burial will held at a later date at the Flatwoods Cemetery.
