Born in Montezuma to the late George Nevlin Skipper and Ada Kate Law Skipper, Mr. Skipper was retired from the City of Fort Valley Utility Commission and coached girl's softball with the Peach County Recreation Department.
He is preceded in death by brothers, Earl Skipper, John B. Skipper, Dennis C. Skipper, and Wayne Skipper, and a sister, Myrline Skipper.
