Services for Josephine H. Caserta, 88, of Willoughby, will be at 12 Noon on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at Davis-Babcock Funeral Home, 4154 Clark Ave., Willoughby. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday.
Mrs. Caserta passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013, at TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township. Born June 30, 1924 in Cleveland, she had lived in Willoughby for the past 56 years.
Mrs. Caserta was employed in the circulation department at the News-Herald for 20 years.
She is survived by her sons, Peter, Joseph (Cathleen) and Michael (Cynthia); grandchildren, Joseph, Lesley, Stephen and Shannon; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Frances and Katherine; brother, Ronnie; several nieces and nephews and their families; and her cat, "Kitty."
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; her parents, Joseph and Katherine Oddo; and brother, Charlie.
Final resting place will be in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township following the service on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions to Gentiva Hospice, 6140 Parkland Boulevard, Suite 105, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124.
