Angela was a 1985 graduate of Clinton High School, Clinton, SC. She was previously employed by the Laurens County Sheriff's Department of Laurens, SC. Angela had been working for the Laurens County Healthcare System for the past 14 years.
Angela leaves to cherish her fond memories one son, Marlon R. Vance of the home; her mother, Barbara J. Vance also of the home; one sister, Belinda (James) Breazeale of Greenville, SC; one brother, Bobby (Debra) Miller of Joanna, SC; two nieces, Kameelah and Tayloria Jenkins of Greenville, SC; three grandnephews and one grandniece of Greenville, SC; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Saturday, January 2, 2010, 2:00 PM at New Bethel A.M.E. Church, Clinton, South Carolina.
She was a victim of domestic violence.
