Billie Sue Neal, 84, of Center, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Nacogdoches Medical Center in Nacogdoches. She was born April 27, 1929 in Hemphill to Rufus Dickey and Emily Taylor Dickey. She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Center.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 7, 2013 at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2013 at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Marlin Freeman officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Center.
