Pamela Webster Armstrong, 56, of Jordan St., Skaneateles died June 26, 2000 at her home. Born in Minneapolis, Minn., she had resided in Skaneateles for the past 15 years. She was formally employed by the Social Security Administration in Auburn. Surviving are a daughter, Carole Persse of Skaneateles; a son, Scott Armstrong of Liverpool; her father and Step-father, Richard and Joyce Webster of Santee, S.C.; two sisters, Julie Hunt of Mottville and Susan Cardner of Wooddale, Ill.; and five grandchildren. Services were held at the Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, 49 Jordan St., Skaneateles. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery, Skaneateles.
